NovaSlim is the sister system of NovaCase and is also used for illuminated high street signage. With slimmer sight lines, and the option of a screw free body it is particularly popular for acrylic-faced signage inside the store. Using the same principles as NovaCase, it also has a soft-edged pre-set bead, and is available in both single- and double-sided formats.
Double-sided boxes can be used with the stand-off bracket to achieve a standard projection box. For something more contemporary for internal signage, a double sided NovaSlim can be suspended from the ceiling. Like NovaCase, it is available off the shelf in a silver anodised, white or black painted finish. It can also be ordered in any standard RAL colour.
Features and application
Hanging strip facility included
The single-sided NovaSlim is 90mm in depth and has a 19mm face bead. Unusually for a system of this depth, NovaSlim has a hanging strip facility. This enables acrylic panels to hang in the frame rather than have their weight bear down on the bottom of the box.
The same innovation has been applied to the NovaSlim face bead as with the NovaCase in that it is pre-set for either 3mm or 5mm, removing the need to pack it out when setting the bead.
Great for directional and point of sale signage
When used as double sided, NovaSlim is 100mm in depth. NovaSlim is widely used to accept a fret cut composite panel. It is also ideal when the face bead is removed as a back box to house LEDs when fitting a tray over the top. NovaSlim is a great choice for use in airports and inside stores as directional or point of sale signage.
