Guide to Fabricating NovaTex

Single Sided Box

Cut to size by mitring profile to length and height of box required

On boxes smaller than 1500 x 1000mm, supports are not required if using a 2mm/3mm aluminium back

Backing sheet is cut 4mm less than the overall length and height of the box

Part assemble box on one end, top and bottom using cleats provided and tighten

Slide backing sheet into rear channel, fit final end and tighten

When using a standard backing sheet and vertical supports, assemble both ends to the bottom section using cleats provided and tighten

Cut supports 11mm less than the height of the box

Supports should be positioned 150mm from each end and up to 600mm centres thereafter – rivet in place. On boxes over 1500mm in height the end supports should have reinforcing angles fitted along the supports

Fit reinforcing angles to each support and rivet and secure

Place top section in position at both ends using cleats and ensure supports are located in seating channel, assemble using cleats and tighten.

Lay box face down and ensure ends and all supports are square before securing into position.

Backing sheet 0.6 – 0.9mm thick – cut 22mm less than the height of the box

**maximum size 6000 x 2000mm**

Double Sided Box / Frames

Cut to size by mitring profile to length and height of box required

Assemble using corner cleats provided and tighten

**maximum size for double sided box when using LED illumination is 1000mm high**
