From Shop Floor to Top Flight

Paul’s journey in the signage industry began in the 1980s at Universal Components, where he worked on the shop floor before rising to Production Director. In 2005, he took the bold step of founding Nova Aluminium Systems, determined to revolutionise aluminium signage. By drawing on feedback from fabricators and installers, he developed innovative solutions that modernised long-standing signage systems.
