Slide fabric grip into the front seating channels before cutting

Cut to size by mitring profile to length and height of box required

Cut supports 14mm less than the height of box

Assemble both ends to the bottom section using cleats provided and tighten

Supports positioned 150mm from each end and up to 600mm centres thereafter – rivet in place

Place top section in position at both ends using cleats and ensure supports are located in seating channel, assemble using cleats and tighten

Lay box face down and ensure ends and all supports are square before securing into position.

Backing sheet 0.6 – 0.9mm thick to be cut 30mm less than the height of the box
